Create the evaluation for the proposal see Slide

Click on the icon to enter the project see slide

Its up to you what to evaluate first the
proposal or else the projects. However remember
to send all the evaluations.

Select your evaluation
Click on assegna

The software shows you the details of the
evaluation you have just filled in
Change the evaluation
Send the evaluation

Confirm the delivery
The system asks you if you are sure to send the
evaluation. If you are then click OK
Attention once its sent the evaluation can not
be changed anymore

Send the evaluation
To send the evaluation you must type your
password again
Click on Invia

Details of the sent evaluation
The software shows you the details of the sent
evaluation. You can not change the document
anymore.
Go back to the list of programs you are
evaluating or have already evaluated

Click on the icon to see the details of the
program and the associated projects
The red check means that the evaluation is not
completed you have to evaluate the projects
The green dot means that the proposals
evaluation has been sent. Click on leggi to see
it (Slide 12)

The system shows you the proposals details. The
evaluation has been sent, you can only read it.
Click on the icon to enter the projects

Click on the tabs to visualize each projects

The check is red because you have still some
evaluation to do
The system tells that you have evaluated 1 of 2
projects. Click on the lens and repeat
instructions of slides 14-20 for every single
project associated to the program

Evaluation completed
Once you have sent all the evaluations the check
become green the work is done.
