22Status of CMGC
- TC is engaged in Phase 1 stage performing
pre-construction and pre-planning activities - Pre-con on site staff (2 PMs and 1 PE), other
staff on-site throughout the week include
superintendent, safety coordinator, scheduler,
etc - Enhance understanding of site conditions and lab
activities - Development of bid packages (Groups 1-4)
- Conducted bidders pre-conference
- Manage and direct potholing activities for
verification of underground utilities - Commenced weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC)
meetings
