• The monomer is a monosaccharide
• -It is a single sugar.
• The polymer is called a polysaccharide
• -It is a string of many monosaccharides.

Saturated Unsaturated Fats

• Saturated Fats- All carbons are bonded to other
  carbons with single bonds, it is FULL of
  hydrogens.
• Saturated fats are solids at room temp.
• Unsaturated Fats- Some carbon to carbon bonds are
  double bonds. So is not totally full to
  hydrogen.
• Unsaturated fats are liquid at room temp.
