Thin Film Oxide Electronics in IRE RAS

epitaxial grown oxide interfaces in order to
implement novel functional hybrid multilayer
superconducting electronic devices.

  • Research and development of nano-scale devices
    based on oxide interfaces with new
    functionalities and/or improved performances with
    respect to conventional electronic devices.
  • Understanding in complex physical properties of
    oxide compounds, engineering of devices with new
    functional properties for applications in
    electronics.
  • Development of novel advanced techniques for
    materials deposition, characterization and
    nano-patterning.
