4Thin Film Oxide Electronics in IRE RAS
Experimental and theoretical studies of
macroscopic quantum effects, non-linear
pico-second electronic transport properties, high
frequency dynamics and fluctuation phenomena,
non-equilibrium noise emission in nano-structured
epitaxial grown oxide interfaces in order to
implement novel functional hybrid multilayer
superconducting electronic devices.

5Cooperation is required
- Research and development of nano-scale devices
based on oxide interfaces with new
functionalities and/or improved performances with
respect to conventional electronic devices. - Understanding in complex physical properties of
oxide compounds, engineering of devices with new
functional properties for applications in
electronics. - Development of novel advanced techniques for
materials deposition, characterization and
nano-patterning.
