• The clergy were very influential and shaped how
  people lived based on how religious they were.
  Because their life revolved around the church the
  events held there were under control and
  influence of the clergy.
• The clergy is a church a official
• Because of this pilgrims often made trips or
  journeys to religious locations.

• People thought the church was becoming to
  involved with politics the monks of cluny
  established a new religious order into two
  orders. The Dominicans and the Franciscans the
  people of these orders are called friars because
  they wanted to live and teach among people. But
  those who didnt want to teach are still called
  monks.

  battle to the French.

• In France the kings power grew.

• But because of her the French's morale was raised
  and were more eager to fight the English.

Where it comes from

• The plague originally came from central and
  eastern Asia.
• It spread through Europe and made it to the ports
  where traders unknowingly brought home rats that
  had the plague.
• From there it swept through Europe pretty
  quickly.
• It spread through to people by the fleas the fed
  on the rats.

How the plague spread throughout Europe.

• Because the traders carried rats that carried the
  disease it was possible for rats to feed on the
  rats and then carry the disease to people who had
  never encountered the disease before.
• Therefore they had no cure save their selves for
  which a lot of people already had a weak immune
  system.

• The disease was called the bubonic plague it was
  so powerful and never heard of before that there
  was no cure for that save time.
• Rats gave the plague to most people but only the
  strong survived the plague and lived to tell
  about it.
• The plague wiped out the weak and allowed the
  strong to prosper.

• The manor system already weakened by the growth
  of cities and towns was destroyed by the black
  death.
• According to many a third of the population was
  killed off during the plague.
• The ones that died were considered the weak and
  opened possibilities to the strong.
• The plague did not visit the same person twice.

• The plague probably moved on to other places
  until it found a place where it could lay
  dormant.
• The black death was a combination of many plagues
  in one area.
• The strong people survived it and didnt bother
  to move because they knew that the plague didnt
  visit the same person twice.
