• Coming on the heels of WWII, the Korean War was
  an international war that involved 20 nations
  including the United States and China.
• The three year conflict involved massive
  causalities on both sides and end in a stalemate

  liberate South Korea from the attack by North
  Korea

CONCLUSION

• The Korean War was the first major confrontation
  between the Communist and Western worlds. It
  illustrates how smaller nations became tools in
  the larger ideological battle of the Cold War.
