In order to ask the time in Spanish you need to
say

• Qué hora es?

When you tell time in Spanish you will use the
verb ser. You use es when it is one oclock and
son when it is any other number/hour.
It is one oclock
Es la una.
It is two oclock
Son las dos.
It is three oclock
Son las tres.

• The clock is divided into two parts.
