• Change for the sake of change? Would do well if
  not needing high-level MS Excel features (pivot
  tables and conditional formats, although gNumeric
  is close to being able to do this too). All allow
  pdf export.
• Base Access-like DB, can also connect to MySQL,
  Firebird, PostgreSQL and utilize ODBC, JDBC, ADO,
  etc.
