  employment. To convince the policy makers the
  indicators for assessing policy development and
  implementation should be based on the following
• Money invested in the Sector
• Incentive for using water saving technology
• Law and regulation implemented at a national
  level
• Employment created in the area
• Income increase of the Agricultural Sector
• Saving of water to be reallocated to other users
