  • Current draft posted to TWG server as TWG(07)09

TWG Draft Final Report - Structure
  • Main body of report
  • Developed using individual contributions,
  • BUT intended as a single cohesive account of TWG
    findings,
  • and NOT intended as a set of individual
    position statements
  • RA retains final editorial authority.
  • The annexes to the report
  • Standalone inputs (papers/presentations) to TWG
    meetings
  • Included entirely at originators discretion
  • Not edited by RA

Purpose of todays meeting
  • High level review of current draft
  • Identify major omissions in context of original
    TWG Terms of Reference and earlier TWG
    meetings
  • Create a major issues list to assist with final
    draft
  • Inform drafting group before their consideration
    of final conclusions
  • Enable RA to produce final draft report
    (including conclusions) and post on TWG server
    for comment .

What we cannot expect to do today
  • Sign off the Final Report (it isnt complete)
  • Identify all typos and/or grammatical errors
    (document will be proof read before leaving TWG)
  • Sanction additional TWG work (this is the last
    meeting)
  • Accept additional annexes
