  • The EFQM Excellence Model is reflected in the
    Recognised for Excellence process as follows
  • Assessment against the 32 criterion parts RADAR
  • Written feedback against the 9 criterion parts
  • Must score above 400 points after a site visit to
    be successful

    Indicators but low for others
  • Assessment showed that although highly focused on
    all Stakeholders in our approaches, measurement
    was not being undertaken to reinforce this
