INTERSESSION

• Fun with physics

Catapults

• This was the first project that we worked on
  during intersession.
• We had a war with the catapults.
• We threw paper wads at Gatorade cups. The first
  one to knock all of them down won the war.

Rockets

• We made rockets.
• Mine was blue, purple and black.
• The rocket very high.
• Then we had to go find the rocket when it came
  back down.

Water balloon slingshots.

• We launched water balloons.
• They went really far.
• We used these on the first day of intersession.
• We hit another class with water balloons.

Bridges

• I thought that this was the hardest thing to
  make.
• We made two different types of bridges.
• We made paper bridges
• And wooded bridges. These held a lot more wieght.

Airplanes

• We made paper airplanes
• They were just gliders
• They did not have an engine
• We got to paint them what ever color we wanted
  them to be.

Movies

• We got to watch like 5 movies
• We watched Eraser.
• We watched Mr. Wizard
• And we watched kill bill.

Kites

• We made kites
• They were the box type of kites.
• Mine and my friends were one of the best built.
• Our kite went very high.

Boomerangs

• They didnt work very well.
• They didnt come back to us when threw them.
• One person threw theirs on the roof.
• They were easy to make.

Cornhole

• We got to play and build cornhole.
• It was fun to play.
• We used saws to cut the holes.
• We got to do this the last day.

Mouse trap cars

• We used a mouse trap to make a car out of it.
• Used cds as wheels.
• Cars went like 2 feet.

• This power point was a little hard.
• Because it took awhile to make.
• But it was also easy.
