Title: Prsentation PowerPoint
1ZEODRATATION
- This innovative system has been developed by
French scientists concerned about the maintenance
of all biological and aromatic properties of
natural products after drying, important
characteristics in pharmaceutical industries as
well as cosmetics and aromatherapy.
2How does the technology works?
- By using
- Evaporation
- Clay filter (Zeolite) for the water absorption
- The exothermic reaction from the clay allows the
re-condensation of volatile matter back to the
product.
3What kind of produts could use ZEODRATATION?
Almost ALL (vegetables, fruits, flowers, marine
algae, even fish)
4How long could it take to dry? It depends on the
product
Aloe Vera after 3 months under the sun
Mint 5 hours to get dried by Zeodratation
Aloe Vera requires 8 hours to get dried by
Zeodratation
5What is different from other techniques?
- A. QUALITY With Zeodratation you can not
only preserve the smell but also vitamins, colors
and antioxidants of the dehydrated products. - ECONOMY
- The energy consumption to dry 1 liter of water is
7 kW/h, by other techniques (e.g. lyophilization)
it requires at least 19.66 kW/h. - Speed of drying process. It takes from 5 to 16
hours (according to the product to get dried).
Other techniques require between 24 to 48 hours. - ECOLOGY Water and Clay are the raw materials in
the process. Both can be reused many times.
Other techniques require the use cooling
substances that are not environmentally friendly.
- more taste and more final product
6Opportunities
Can come from the public and private sector. On
one hand, governments are interested in
developing nutritional programs at national
levels. On the other there is a higher demand for
natural-organic products and environmentally
friendly. Natural colors in cosmetics is a
potential market as well as natural medicines in
pharmaceutical industries.
7How does the machine looks like?
sizes vary from 10 Kg to 100 Kg to fit your
clients needs
