SPECIFIC EQUIPMENTS AND TEST BENCH
In order to analyse flexibility of ducts and
carry out similarity with calculation results,
ACC LA JONCHERE designs, develops, qualifies and
manufactures equipments such as TELESCOPIC DUCTS
or SLIDING BALL JOINTS with a large number of
degrees of freedom.

QUALIFICATIONS
ACC LA JONCHERE guarantees reliability of its
products in usual working conditions by means of
specific qualifications. . Environmental qualific
ations (vibrations, corrosion etc) carried out
with partner laboratories (CETIM, SOPEMEA, CEP
VERITAS, INSTITUT DE SOUDURE). . Fatigue and
other testing (Pressure Test, Burst Test) 
performed internally on testing benches
specifically designed by ACC LA JONCHERE. . Fire
and safety aspect qualification in accordance
with Fire and Smoke Standards. After the
qualification and validation of the first article
(FAI signature), ACC LA JONCHERE manages
industrialization of metallic ducts in compliance
with Environmental standards.

a special event devoted to Nickel alloys on the
theme of coatings and filler materials for mixed
assemblies, ACC LA JONCHERE gave a conference
entitled  Mixed assemblies of austenitic
