Remarks

• The changement must be managed by the Managers
  of the know-how areas
• - Technicians tend to enhance the existing
  process rather than change it
• Only by utilizing the computing capacity to
  change the process are actual benefits obtained
  and not by computerizing the existing process.

Critical points

• Re-examination of job processes with a key
  attention to the data flow. It can be a radical
  change on the way of working. Therefore it must
  be shared.
• CDB/PDB loading with validated data
• procedures definition for data Q.C. and loading

Project plan

• Phase 1 Macro procedures definition to support
  the asset team in order to build geological
  models oriented to the re-servoir area. The
  activity includes
• the review of the process workflows with a
  mentality of sharing
• Map out of data, input and output definition for
  each phase
• Identifying interpreted data to save on result-DB
• the identification of the suggested IT
  architecture
• Phase 2 Pilot implementation for a workflow in
  the Appraisal Development Reservoir area
• Realizing an Open Spirit structure for tools
  already enabled
• Realizing results DB for the results of
  interpretations
