• Yachting Club s.r.l. was born from the passion of
  its charter members for sailing and cruising.
• The YC was first among few in Italy to promote
  Sailing Outdoor Training and Corporate Incentive
  throughout cooperation with several Training
  agencies and companies.

• We develop creative and innovative projects which

of training outdoor

• Thanks to our strong partnership with the biggest
  training agencies operating in human resources
  area, YC is proud to offer top level Sailing
  Outdoor Training to many prominent Italian
  companies.
• The Outdoor Training is a training course where
  the partakers play as protagonists.
• Within 2 or 3 days, in classroom and out at sea,
  the partakers will be able to build a sailing
  team. Supported by trainers and coaches, they
  will master the basic techniques that will allow
  them to face the final challenge.

• Incentive is a playful event where the
  partakers unwind while they enjoy sailing.
• The participants are taught the essential
  elements of recreational sailing.
• Incentive is spot-on as incentive travel, as
  invitational happening towards companies own
  clients or stakeholders, or as relaxin activity
  after a convention (promoting the involvement)

of PR events

• We organize invitational tournaments, regattas
  and ad hoc sailing trophies for our clients.
• These events can be designed for several
  purposes roll-out and/or emphasizing of a new
  brand, introduction of new products and/or
  services, staff team building, company
  incentives.
• We organize social dinners, technical sessions on
  nautical disciplines, followed by social events,
  conversations on security, marketing,
  communication concerning nautical themes.

of PR events

• The Golf Sailing Invitational is a week end
  made of sports, nature and health.
• The participants are divided in sailing and
  golfing teams each one consisting of 5 persons.
  The teams will challenge each other for 2 days.
• The partakers will not need any specific skill
  qualified trainers will teach them how to
  compete.
• Each leg can involve 25 to 100 persons, depending
  from the location and the happenings period.
• An activity program for accompanying persons will
  be provided (cultural tours, wellbeing escapes,
  horse riding, mountain-bike excursions).

  reference to the sailing world and concerning

• Olimpic Campaign of 2 national athlets

• IYCR sailing team regattas
• Este 24 Association (fleet of 60 boats in
  Italy)

and sailing events

• YC organizes national and international regattas,
  invitational tournaments and Sailing-Golf
  trophies, under the brand of the recreational
  sport association.
• YC is member of the Cetaceans Regatta promoter
  committee (in cooperation with several national
  associations as Legambiente, WWF etc.) and
  cooperates with some of the biggest Yacht clubs
  aiming to organize match race trophies, charity
  regattas, invitational tournaments, etc.
• YC staff has conceived and manages the
  Confindustria young businessmen Trophy. The
  very same Regatta that, in 2004, had Paul Cayard
  as testimonial.

  Italy and abroad for big companies and
  multinational companies.
