contents of the Clipboard. - Press CtrlV to paste the text into the message

- To collect new messages
- If necessary, open the Inbox folder.

open the Message dialog box.

- Select the message you wish to recover.

displayed enabling you to select the file you
wish to save. Select the files as required and
click on the OK button. - The Save Attachment or Save All Attachments
dialog box will be displayed. Select the folder
you wish to save in and click on the Save button.

- If necessary, open the Inbox folder.
- Select the message you want to reply to.
- Click on the Reply icon on the Standard toolbar
- The Message dialog box will open and the text of
the original message appears in the message
window. - Type your reply above the text of the original
message and then click the Send icon on the
Message dialog box toolbar

be displayed, click the Yes or No button as

direction of the sort if required.
