Some reasons for the existence of NOVA

• Small and vulnerable scientific environments.

• Economical restrictions at the member
  institutions.
• Industry in our fields are often Nordic.

  states and other Baltic Sea states, increase our

platforms with regard to methods of teaching and
learning.
