specification(s). Recommendation
Papers Presents an official OGC position on a
given topic, such as a draft Implementation
Specifications. Published for public review and
comment and may result in either Approved
Abstract Specifications or Approved
Implementation Specifications. Discussion
Papers Present technology issues being considered
in the WGs and SIGs of the OGC TC, to create
discussion in the geospatial information industry
on a specific topic. These papers is not to be
considered an adopted standard of any kind, and
