  • Your assignment is to discuss the environment
    around you at school, home, work, community, etc.
  • Identify the things in your surroundings that
    encourage our wellness behaviors and those that
    discourage your wellness.

    person chooses.
  • A process by which individual takes control of
    the way they live
  • Developing every aspect of the body, mind, and
    emotions
  • Produce and keep equilibrium in ones life.

  • Defined as choosing and maintaining healthy
    habits pertaining to the body.

  • 1) eating well,
  • 2) exercising regularly,

  • 4) routine medical examinations,
  • 5) staying free of injury and disease.
