Streamlining Prime Vendor Catalogs

• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma project
• Pilot initially 1 contract in West Region
  followed by balance of West Region, Central and
  East regions
• Purpose to reduce number of slow moving items
  and consolidate commonality for all customers
