ShopKeeper was designed from the ground up to
manage your entire fleet maintenance operations
from 1 user to 100, including full security
features that manage user-level access.
Companies with multiple divisions and site
locations can manage fleet operations from a
centralized database server over a corporate
network. Customized management reports can be
generated and distributed via email to key
personnel.

vehicles maintenance history and specifications.

Profile Fleet Operations
ShopKeeper maintains operations profiles for
vehicles, vendors and employees. Fleet profiles
provide detailed information about each vehicles
specifications, cost and productivity, and
maintenance transaction history. This data is
available to users on-line for quick reference
and via management reports. Changes in any
profiles are immediately available and
incorporated into system and report information.

Monitor Vehicle Usage
ShopKeeper stores periodic vehicle readings for
fleet monitoring purposes in the energy sector.
Odometer readings, fuel consumed, brake
measurements, and tire tread depth can be
efficiently entered and integrated into a
scheduled maintenance planning and safety
program.

ShopKeeper gives you the ability to manage
maintenance events in a variety of ways Parts
Used/Purchased The ShopKeeper Fleet Maintenance
System will allow companies that manage parts and
labor separately to quickly enter parts used
and/or purchased for vehicle service.   Shop
Labor Shop mechanic time cards may be entered and
managed by the system to account for each
employees full workday.   Internal Work
Orders Companies that manage fleet maintenance by
internal work orders may use the system to create
parts and labor service transactions for the
shop. Outside Repair Orders ShopKeeper allows
users to manage parts and labor repairs at
outside vendors as service orders.   Purchase
Orders The control of a purchase order system is
provided by ShopKeeper to tightly manage the
parts procurement process.

ShopKeeper manages maintenance transactions to
match your business operations. Parts used and
purchased for a vehicle may be stored along with
the cost, vendor, and accounting period.
Both scheduled maintenance and repair labor
transactions may be recorded using ShopKeepers
mechanic time card system, which eliminates the
gaps associated with shop overhead costs.

Manage Service Orders
For companies that rely on work orders or outside
repair services, ShopKeeper delivers. Service
order management functionality for both internal
and external jobs are included with the system
for greater process flexibility and control.

Track Purchasing and Inventory
ShopKeeper includes a parts inventory database
that tracks stock levels and notifies users of
reorder points and quantities. Parts purchasing
may be captured through the systems purchase
order functionality for complete parts and vendor
management.

Schedule Maintenance Events
ShopKeeper includes common scheduled maintenance
and inspection service packages for vehicle
groups and allows users to create their own. The
packages can be assigned for specific time,
distance or engine-hours frequencies. ShopKeeper
will automatically highlight which vehicles are
due maintenance in the near future and what
service is required.

ShopKeeper maintains standard reference databases
for users convenience. Work codes, parts codes
and aliases, and vehicle to-do notes are just
some examples. Users may also create scheduled
maintenance and documentation plans for vehicle
groups. The system will automatically report
those with upcoming scheduled service due.
