centralized database server over a corporate
network. Customized management reports can be
generated and distributed via email to key

Visibility. ShopKeeper equips organizations with

maintenance activities. By capturing and
analyzing fleet transactions, ShopKeeper provides

ShopKeeper maintains operations profiles for
vehicles, vendors and employees. Fleet profiles

maintenance transaction history. This data is
available to users on-line for quick reference
and via management reports. Changes in any
profiles are immediately available and
incorporated into system and report information.

ShopKeeper stores periodic vehicle readings for
fleet monitoring purposes in the energy sector.
Odometer readings, fuel consumed, brake
measurements, and tire tread depth can be
efficiently entered and integrated into a
scheduled maintenance planning and safety

ShopKeeper gives you the ability to manage

Used/Purchased The ShopKeeper Fleet Maintenance

Labor Shop mechanic time cards may be entered and

mechanic time card system, which eliminates the

repair services, ShopKeeper delivers. Service
