the database that an assignment has been
completed but has not be mailed.

21- The Prepare Transmittal button produces a report
of completed assignments that can be mailed to
the client.

22- The Assign Count button produces a statistical
report of assignments for the current month
broken down by day and summarized.

23- The Load Raw Web Orders button obtains the orders
placed on the web site and loads them into a
temporary table for review.

24- The Edit Raw Web Orders button lets staff review
the order and allows them to added application

25- The Format Transfer Raw Web Orders moves these
order to the assignments table for further

is printed.

collect payments.

27- Now we prepare bills and set up Accruals to pay
the Field Agents.
- An invoice to your client is prepared and a
receivable is created.

payments in two ways

the Client pays a complete invoice.
- You select the Client from the drop down list and
then select the Bill from the list of active

get to partial payment from Complete Paysments.
- You select the Client from the drop down list and
are present with all assignments. You can
click the Record Payt button or type in payment
info.

Print Proof and Close button.
- A Proof of Receipts reports is now prepared to
verify receipts recorded.

analytical reports..
