• Discuss project schedule.
• Review results of traffic analysis.
• Review design concepts and alternatives prepared.
• Solicit input and answer questions.

Where We Have Been

• First public meeting held to explain scope of
  project.
• On-line surveys and graphics used to identify
  concerns and get suggestions on ways to address
  the problems.
• Traffic counts and survey work initiated.

• Traffic study in final stages.
• Preliminary engineering concepts created and
  ready to discuss.
• Preliminary cost estimates prepared.
• Survey work continuing.

WHERE WE WANT TO BE

• Select engineering concepts to advance.
• Prioritize improvements based on cost-benefits.
• Determine what can be done based on available
  funding.
• Final plans for construction ready for October or
  November 2010 letting.

• Discuss final design and Right of Way impacts.
• MARCH
• Begin Right of Way acquisition process.
• Begin utility design and relocation process.
