The Undermining Of America
  • Efforts to reduce this country to a third world
status and to propel the United States into the
New World Order has increased dramatically In
    the past 15 years.
  • When the subject of the Security and Prosperity
Partnership (SPP), the NAFTA Super Highway and
the North American Union (NAU) are addressed,
people are in disbelief, they feel that the
issues being discussed could never happen in
America. After all, they never read about it in
the newspapers or see it on television, therefore
    it cannot be true.
  • The purpose of this presentation is an attempt to
document violations to our constitution and
attacks on America by our Federal Government and
to substantiate the notion that the SPP/NAU is
    not a theory.

10
The Undermining Of America
  • The following is a quote from a document that
most Americans have rarely if ever taken the time
    to read.
  • Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the
following will be pretty generally applicable.
  • First we will be examining 6 planks from this
document in an effort to expose the traitorous
efforts of our federal government and influential
globalists to undermine our constitution and our
    republican form of government.

11
  • ACTIONS BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
  • a. The Federal Government is continually taking
over public and private lands by either declaring
them parks, by expanding parks, declaring private
lands as wetlands or in the name of conservation.
  • b. Since the Supreme Court ruling on eminent
domain, more private property has been
confiscated at all levels of government for
    economic development.
  • c. Violation of 5th Amendment
  • PLANKS OF DOCUMENT
  • 1. Abolition of property in land and application
of all rents of land to public purposes.

12
ACTIONS BY FEDERAL PLANKS OF DOCUMENT
GOVERNMENT
  • In 1913 our government passed the Sixteenth
Amendment to the Constitution, which implemented
our current income tax. At the time of passage
this tax was about 2 to 3. It has far
    exceeded 3. Progressive?
  • 2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

13
PLANKS OF DOCUMENT ACTIONS BY FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT
  • 3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
  • If you have ever been fortunate enough to inherit
anything, then you are aware that there is an
inheritance tax at both the federal and state
level. How many family farms and family
businesses have been destroyed as a result of the
    inheritance (death) tax?

14
PLANKS OF DOCUMENT ACTIONS BY FEDERAL
Government
  • 5. Centralization of credit in the banks of the
state, by means of a national bank with state
    capital and an exclusive monopoly.
  • In 1913, our federal government passed the
Federal Reserve Act. This act created what we
now call the Federal Reserve. Many people think
of the Federal Reserve as an agency of the United
States Government. A little known fact is that
the Federal Reserve is a conglomerate of private
world bankers. Every dollar printed puts us
further in debt to the Federal Reserve.

15
PLANKS OF DOCUMENT ACTIONS BY
FEDERAL Government
  • 9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing
industries gradual abolition of all the
distinction between town and country by a more
equable distribution of the populace over the
    country.
  • The gradual abolition of ALL the distinction
between town and country. Think city-county
consolidation and read country as rural. Several
pieces of legislation at the Kansas state level
have been introduced which would legalize
    city-county consolidation throughout the state

16
PLANKS OF DOCUMENT ACTIONS BY FEDERAL

Government
  • 10. Free education for all children in public
schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in
its present form. Combination of education with
    industrial production, etc
  • Free education for all children in public
schools. Our educational system certainly is not
free, however, we do send our children to
    government-controlled schools. We as taxpayers
pay for it with our progressive graduated income
tax, plank 1 above. It is unconstitutional for
the federal government to be involved with
education. Reference, Article I, Section 8 of
the U.S. Constitution, which spells out the
powers delegated to congress. Education is not
listed as one of those delegated powers.

17
PLANKS OF DOCUMENT ACTIONS BY
FEDERAL Government
  • THE FOREGOING ARE 6 OF THE 10 PLANKS OF THE
    COMMUNIST MANIFESTO
  • Are we not now practicing Communism in the United
States? From Karl Marx we get "From each
according to his means, to each according to his
needs". This is the way our tax system is being
utilized. We as citizens pay and exorbitant
income tax. Our taxes are then re-distributed to
welfare recipients, to schools, to urban
development, to the United Nations, to foreign
aid and the list goes on. We are slowly being
reduced to third world status by re-distribution
    of our taxes.

18
Fast Forward to Post World War I
  • 1. Following World War I, The Elitist/Globalists
attempted to establish the forerunner of the
United Nations, The League of Nations.
  • 2. Fortunately our senate was wiser in that
period and refused to join the League.
  • 3. Having failed in that endeavor, the elitists
under the leadership of Edward Mandell House,
adviser to President Woodrow Wilson, formed the
    Council on Foreign Relations.

19
What is the Council on Foreign Relations? (CFR)

    tank on foreign relations.

Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) and the
    North American Union (NAU).
  • Maintains control over the major news media.

25
Quote From David Rockefeller
  • "For more than a century ideological extremists
at either end of the political spectrum have
seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my
encounter with Fidel Castro to attack the
Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence
they claim we wield over American political and
economic institutions. Some even believe we are
part of a secret cabal working against the best
interests of the United States, characterizing my
family and me as "internationalists" and of
conspiring with others around the world to build
a more integrated global political and economic
structure--one world, if you will. If that's the
charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."
  • Reference The New American, July 24, 2006, pg
    44, "The Last Word".
  • David Rockefeller, Chapter 27, "Proud
    Internationalist", in his book "Memoirs,
published by Random House in 2002.

26
Rockefeller Agenda
  • Remember that the Rockefellers are wealthy
elitists who have the funds and the political
power to forward their agenda. They are getting
    bolder in executing their agenda.
  • Rockefellers quote on the previous slide
explains in no uncertain terms that he has no
    allegiance to the United States.

27
Media Involvement
  • When discussing the SPP/NAU, the NAFTA Super
Highway, Many people do not believe this can
happen, they never see reports on the foregoing
in the main stream news media. David Rockefeller
    (CFR) explains it all
  • David Rockefeller Quote for January 10, 2008
  • We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New
York Times, Time magazine and other great
publications whose directors have attended our
meetings and respected the promises of discretion
for almost forty years. It would have been
impossible for us to develop our plan for the
world if we had been subjected to the bright
lights of publicity during those years. But, the
world is now more sophisticated and prepared to
    march towards a world-government. The
    supranational sovereignty of an intellectual
elite and world bankers is surely preferable to
the National auto-determination practiced in past
    centuries.

28
Rockefeller And The News Media
  • Hopefully the foregoing quote by David
Rockefeller (CFR) explains why much of the former
information and information yet to be presented
is not seen in the main stream media.
  • Now we will move forward and discuss the United
    Nations.

Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this

North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
Note the flag for the NAFTA Secretariat. It
would appear that the NAFTA Hierarchy is planning
for the future Security and Prosperity Plan (SPP)
and/or the North American Union (NAU). This can
be confirmed at http//www.nafta-sec-alena.org
45
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
  • George H. W. Bush (R) Was instrumental in
    development of NAFTA
  • Bill Clinton (D) was responsible for getting it
pushed through congress in 1994 and signing it
    into law.
  • George W. Bush (R) was responsible for the
    Central American Free Trade Agreement
  • Either party, Democrat or Republican can be
    considered Globalists.

46
Downside Of Free Trade Agreements
  • Industrial and Manufacturing Organizations Moving
    out of Country
  • Loss of Industrial and Manufacturing Jobs
  • Influx of illegal cheap labor
  • Destruction of the middle class
  • Cheap Imports from China
  • Loss of National Sovereignty

47
Loss Of Sovereignty UnderTrade Organizations
48
Actions By Congress
  • The following congressional house resolution is
an indication on the part of a few members of
congress that NAFTA is not in the best interests
    of the United States.
  • H. CON. RES. 22
  • Expressing the sense of Congress that the
President should provide notice of withdrawal of
the United States from the North American Free
    Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

49
  • The following resolution should support the
notion that the NAFTA Super Highway and the North
American Union are in fact a reality. This
    resolution has 48 sponsors.
  • H. CON. RES. 40
  • Expressing the sense of Congress that the United
States should not engage in the construction of a
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
Superhighway System or enter into a North
American Union with Mexico and Canada.

50
Stop Illegal Immigration
  • U.S. Representative Tom Tancredo, Chairman of the
House Immigration Reform Caucus, is an outspoken
crusader for U.S. immigration reform.  On the
next slide he points out blatantly ignored U.S.
    immigration law

51
Stop Illegal Immigration
52
Stop Illegal Immigration
  • Legal Immigration is Acceptable
  • Since 9/11 this country has been invaded by
    illegal aliens and terrorists.
  • Primarily the Federal Government is at fault
  • For not securing our borders
  • For not streamlining our naturalization
    procedures.

53
Theodore Roosevelt on Immigration
  • In the first place, we should insist that if the
immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an
American and assimilates himself to us, he shall
be treated on an exact equality with everyone
else, for it is an outrage to discriminate
against any such man because of creed, or
    birthplace, or origin.
  • But this is predicated upon the persons becoming
in every facet an American, and nothing but an
AmericanThere can be no divided allegiance here.
Any man who says he is an American, but
something else also, isnt an American at all.
We have room for but one flag, the American
flagWe have room for but one language here, and
that is the English languageand we have room for
but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the
    American people.
  • Theodore Roosevelt -1907

54
Stop Illegal Immigration
  • The Mexican Government is at fault for
encouraging Mexicans to enter America illegally.
  • The illegal aliens are at fault for ignoring our
laws when entering our country illegally.

55
1986 Immigration Laws
  • Prohibited employers from hiring illegal aliens.
  • Allowed for the amnesty of those illegal aliens
    already in the country.
  • Provided for the stepped-up security along the
    border.
  • This law was to take care of the illegal alien
    problem for evermore.
  • The Federal Government has never enforced the law.

56
The Cost Of Illegal Immigration
  • Cost of Education
  • Cost of Social Services
  • Medical Costs (Emergency Room Care)
  • Depressed Wages of American Citizens
  • Loss of Jobs of American Citizens
  • Increased Gangs/Crime
  • Cost of Documents in Foreign Languages
  • Cost of Translators
  • Anchor Babies Automatically Become Citizens
  • Increased diseases from illegal aliens

57
Failure Of Federal Government
  • Failed to Enforce Immigration Laws of 1986
  • Failure to Secure Our Borders Ports
  • Failure to Go After Employers who Hire Illegal
    Aliens
  • There is no need for additional laws to protect
our country from the invasion of illegal aliens

The Three Amigos
  • Creating North America At a March 23, 2005 press
conference, President Bush answered a reporter on
the question of the North American Union, saying
As to what kind of union might there be, I see
one based upon free trade, that would then entail
    commitment to markets and democracy,
    transparency, rule of law.
  • THE NEW AMERICAN OCTOBER 2, 2006

62
Security And Prosperity Partnership (SPP)
  • What is the Security and Prosperity Partnership
    (SPP)?
  • An agreement between George W. Bush, Vincente Fox
and the prime minister Martin of Canada
  • There is no congressional oversight
  • Would erase the borders between the 3 countries
  • To be completed by 2010

63
Security And Prosperity Partnership (SPP)
  • Have you ever asked yourself why our government
has done nothing to secure our borders?
  • My answer to that If SPP is consummated by
2010, as proposed, and the borders between the
North American countries are eliminated, then why
    bother securing the borders now.

    intermodal transportation projects.
  • This bill was linked to the intermodal facility
located in Gardner Kansas which in turn is part
of the Kansas City Smart Port.

68
The North American Union
69
The North American Union
  • What is the North American Union?
  • The North American Union is synonymous with the
    Security and Prosperity Partnership.
  • No borders between Canada, the United States and
    Mexico.
  • The United States would lose its national
    sovereignty.
  • The United States Constitution. Would be nothing
more than a historical document gathering dust on
    a shelf.
  • Americans would no longer enjoy our freedoms as
listed in our Bill of Rights.
  • All but the elitists will be peasants.

70
The North American Union
  • NAFTA is the cornerstone, connect the dots
  • After NAFTA
  • Manufacturing plants began moving out of country
  • American jobs began going out of country
  • The influx of illegal aliens increased
    dramatically
  • More Mexican trucks in the United States.
  • Gas prices raise dramatically.
  • Food prices rising dramatically
  • Mortgage foreclosures.

71
The North American Union
  • What other indications are there to support the
    notion of the SPP/NAU?
  • "For more than a century ideological extremists
at either end of the political spectrum have
seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my
encounter with Fidel Castro to attack the
Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence
they claim we wield over American political and

72
The North American Union
  • Most people have not heard of the NAFTA Super
Highway, the Security and Prosperity Partnership
(SPP) or the North American Union (NAU).
  • These are subjects that have been kept under the
radar. They are not reported in the main stream
media, therefore it is difficult for people to
believe that this could happen in America. Lets
see what David Rockefeller has to say about the
lack of this in the news Media.

73
The North American Union
  • David Rockefeller Quote for January 10, 2008
  • We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New
York Times, Time magazine and other great
publications whose directors have attended our
meetings and respected the promises of discretion
for almost forty years. It would have been

    auto-determination practiced in past centuries.

74
Summation
  • What we have attempted to do here is to convince
