20Change in Timing of Contributions
- Beginning January 1, 2009, employee contributions
will correspond to the current month. - For example, medical deductions will be taken
from the January paycheck(s) for premiums for the
month of January. Currently, employees pay a
month in advance. - As a result, on a one-time-only basis, medical,
dental and vision deductions will not be taken
out from any December 2008 paycheck.

- Everyone must enroll online-Even if you do not
want medical, dental or vision insurance! - Need to update contact information and emergency
contact information - Able to chose benefits independently for
example, employee medical and family dental - Even if you do not want medical, dental and
vision, you must enroll for life and disability
insurance (100 paid by CUA) - If you do not enroll, you will not be set up for
benefits for 2009
