Ensemble Customer Comments
Our relationship with InterSystems is perfect.
When I need them, they answer the phone and they
answer my questions or help me out.
The hands-on support is a great strength of
InterSystems. When we are setting things up, they
actually send people to the site to work with us
and help us.
Ensemble is really a unique technology. It is
like Caché on steroids.
47
Ensemble Customer Comments
It has been exciting working with this product.
We can think of a million things to do with this
product but we just have not had the time.
We are maybe going on three years with this
product and we have never had any downtime
related to bad software or anything with
InterSystems. Actually, there has been no
downtime at all, other than our scheduled
maintenance. It is extremely reliable.
48
Ensemble Customer Comments
I am absolutely thrilled with this product.
InterSystems has really created an excellent
interface engine solution. We previously had
another solution here but were struggling trying
to get some specific things accomplished, so I
took a look at the Ensemble product. It is just
so user-friendly. I now have over 70 interfaces
that I am processing through this engine.
