• First elements of plan is in place. 4 AES, 4
  ACCEL, 4 KEK.
• AES has been commissioned to give us a better
  cost estimate for the next batch.
• This Cavity fabrication plan is actively being
  discussed within the collaboration.
• Initial plan is to perfect the BCP process
  (FY06-07)
• Meanwhile we develop the EP process in US.
• 24 cavities/year
• EP these cavities in FY07-08 and build more
  cavities at the same rate.
