Watchdog - The freedom of speech as a political right
- Does the press function as a Public Watchdog?
- The role of the press in LDC's (less developed
countries) - Abuse against the press in LDC's

- What privileges are associated with the role of
the Watchdog? - Can these privileges be abused?
- What issues are of public interest?
- - Which regulations are stated in the new Section
100 of the Norwegian Constitution- Does this
change the conditions for the press?

Bergen is one of the largest cities in Norway,
and one of four cities that actually has an
university. Bergen is known as the city between
the seven mountains. It is a charming city whos
soul lies in small alleys and old houses.
9Bergen is an old Hansa-town and was once a part
of the hanseatic trade federation. These houses
were offices for the merchants, but today they
contain shops, restaurants and museums.
10Bergen is known for the great fish market

social activities, parties and sightseeing.
