Manufacturers of variable frequency drives provide equipment for use with electric motors.Variable speed drives, adjustable speed drives, electronic motor controllers, and inverters are other names for variable frequency drives. Each VFD is distinct and has distinct component characteristics, hence how each VFD functions depends on those components. A bridge rectifier, a converter, and an inverter module make up the solid state electronics controller that is integrated into the majority of VFDs. Variable frequency drives can dramatically lower manufacturing operating costs when used properly.
We offer frequency converter from 10kVA to 200kVA. Frequency Converters are designed to use for special applications and to work at hard industrial conditions. Frequency converter is produced with PWM and IGBT technologies; • Double conversion and PWM technology with pure sinewave output • Galvanic Isolation • IGBT Technology with sinewave output • Emergency close switch connection • User friendly front panel (5 button and LCD indicator ), detailed information Availability to do the adjustment of parameters through front panel, • Microprocessor controlled main , rectifier and optional parallel boards, • History log of 64 events, calendar and time indicators, • High performance at non-linear loads, ---------------------------------------------- CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES FZE (Ctrltech) PO Box 122271, Sharjah, UAE. VFDs or variable frequency drives in India are trending as a standard part of marine equipment room packages. Many of them are easy to install and operate; however, manufacturers produce complex designs in order to implement them sophisticatedly.
Complete report available @ http://goo.gl/t3xdsv . Variable frequency drives are solid state regulators used in AC or DC electric motor. Increasing consumption of electricity coupled with rising electricity prices over the globe are the key trends driving the market. However, higher implementation costs of drives can affect the growth of this market.
