A hemiplegic is a form of spastic cerebral palsy it affects on upper and lower limbs of one side of the body. This condition occurs due to stroke. It can happen in the muscles of the face, arms, and legs. There are many types in Hemiplegic like Facial hemiplegia, cerebral hemiplegia, spastic hemiplegia, and spinal hemiplegia.
