been Entered into DOEHRS-HC the Login Window
Appears Enter Your DOEHRS DR Username and
Password
This Information is Only Entered Once, Since it
is Automatically Stored After Entry It Must be
Updated Whenever Your DOEHRS DR Password Changes

If Available, All DOEHRS-HC v3. Tests Associated
with the IDN are Returned

The User is Notified if Hearing Tests are Not
Available for the Specified IDN

DOEHRS-HC will Use Tests Retrieved from the
DOEHRS DR for Comparison with Any New Hearing
Tests Performed on the Local DOEHRS-HC Computer,
as Applicable
Hearing Tests Returned from the DOEHRS DR can be
Viewed or Printed via the Audiometry Summary
