Go to DatagtDR Inquire

Request Records from DR Window Appears Enter
the Patients IDN, Click Submit

If Your DOEHRS DR Account Information has Not
been Entered into DOEHRS-HC the Logon Window
Appears Enter Your DOEHRS DR User ID and
Password
This Information is Only Entered Once, Since it
is Automatically Stored After Entry It Must be
Updated Whenever Your DOEHRS DR Password Changes

If Available, All Release 3 Hearing Tests
Associated with the IDN are Returned

The User is Notified if Release 3 Hearing Tests
are Not Available for the Specified IDN

DOEHRS-HC will Use Tests Retrieved from the
DOEHRS DR for Comparison with Any New Hearing
Tests Performed on the Local Computer, as
Applicable
Hearing Tests Returned from the DOEHRS DR can be
Viewed or Printed via the Audiometry Summary
