- Logon to DOEHRS-HC
- Minimize DOEHRS-HC
3- Perform Audiometer Calibration Checks at the
Beginning of Each Day Testing is Completed - Functional Check
- Daily Biological Calibration Check

5Select AudiometergtFunctional Check
6Click the Start Button or, Click the Handswitch
to Start the Functional Check
7If Using Multiple Test Stations, Enable All
Stations, then Click All Enabled Booths
8Functional Check Starts When Complete, Click Stop
and Close
9Biological Calibration Check
Ensure the headphones are in place on the
ME-500 Ensure the ME-500 is properly connected
to the audiometer Ensure that the handswitch is
unplugged
10Select Daily CalibrationgtSet, or Click the Daily
Calibration Box
11Daily Calibration Box is Checked
12If Calibrating Multiple Test Stations, Enable All
Stations, then Click All Enabled Booths
13Click the Start Button
14When Calibration is Finished, the CCA-200 May
Suggest Printing a Certificate of Daily
Calibration - If Window Appears, Click Cancel
15Maximize DOEHRS-HC Retrieve Calibration

Enter a New Listener If Using Multiple Test
Stations, Repeat for Each Applicable Station

Audiometer, the Listener Name is
Automatically Suggested When the Results are
Retrieved into DOEHRS-HC
New Audiometer One Not Previously Connected to
that DOEHRS-HC Computer, or One Returned from
Annual, Exhaustive, Electroacoustic Calibration

Facility and Location Information Requested
in the Add Audiometer Window

- Use naming convention that will allow you to
easily select the correct audiometer and listener - Question stations/booths that have more than one
current 2217 - DOEHRS-HC is programmed so that when an
audiometer is removed, it no longer appears in
the pick list.

- Maintain calibration data for 5 years
- Print 2217s monthly
- DOEHRS-HC prompts users to print 2217s at the end
of the month
