Vinci. Training Plan for teleworkers at Smes,
It was designed a specific training itinerary
for qualifying a teleworker at a Sme on the
knowledge and right handle on telematic
networks, and new possible trends on
new communication and information technologies.
Leonardo Da Vinci. Business at school
promoting entrepreneurial vocations A
multimedia CD Rom was designed aiming to approach
business world to schools and adressed to youngs
from 16 to 21 years old. It has recently been
included in the Best practices list of Leonardo
programme.

initiative. ICT training essential tools for
an integral management at Smes.

adaptation and qualification of Smes workers to
new ICT there were used concrete examples at
environmental quality management, and health
and safety at work. A best practices guide was

REQUAL Requalifications Itineraries to market

other collectives to improve professional
competences and providing advise to
requalification towards new employment trends

programme. EARTEL 2002-2004 specialized training
for ICT professionals. (http//www.crea.es/telef
ormacion) Several specialized ICT training is
provided through e- learning methodology tools
to over 600 professionals, working mainly at
Smes operating throughout our region. Leonardo
Da Vinci. ISO TRAINER quality management
systems training for Smes aiming at providing
owners and quality managers of SMEs, a set of
learning and practising tools for acquiring
necessary knowledge and skills on how to
implement a quality assurance system according to
ISO 90002000 standards.

action plan. CREATEL New e-learning environment
for European Smes employees Aimed at
design and implement a new learning scenary for
European employees where developing continuous
training offer through best practices at work
and learn from case studies. A pilot experience
on quality, HSafety, innovation and ICT areas
will be used for evaluation purposes.
