How do you place them?
  • He sees her.
  • Il la voit. (He her sees)
  • Remember the object pronoun is between the
    subject and verb.

In a simple sentence
  • He loves her.

Il laime. HE HER LOVES.

In a negative sentence
  • He does not love her.

Il ne laime pas.

Direct pronouns come in front of the verb,
unlike in English
Il les aime.
He loves them.
I can see her.
Je peux la voir.

Positive- affirmative command
  • In AFFIRMATIVE commands, the object pronoun comes
    AFTER the verb and is attached with a hyphen.
  • EX 1. Invite-les au concert! (Invite them to the
    concert)

But in negative commands.
  • It goes in front of the verb.
  • Ex Do not invite them.
  • Ne les invite pas.
