and Uzbekistan who are registered as students
or employed as staff in one of the TARGET Central
Asian partner universities. Students must have
been registered during the Spring semester 2012
to be eligible. Staff applicants must be
employed at their home university by the time of

Admission and Application process
General Admission Requirements Undergraduate Ca
ndidates must have completed at least three years
of university studies Master Candidates must
have completed four years of university studies,
equivalent to a Bachelors Degree (in Central
Asia) Students in their final year of
undergraduate education may also apply and can,
if considered qualified, receive a conditional
offer. They should include a written statement
from the degree administrations office,
confirming that they are enrolled in the final
year and giving the expected completion
date. PhD Candidates must have completed a
master level degree and in case of short term
mobility, they must already be enrolled on a PhD
program at their home university Post-Doctorate
