What did we learn

• Submitting an application is one thing,
  implementation is another story ?
• Channels of communication within the own
  organization are sometimes not clear
• Communication within the consortium is not always
  easy

Erasmus Mundus II

• First dissemination of information autumn 2007,
  first version of information document compiled
  and distributed
• Visit to the Commission spring 2008 and autumn
  2008
• Resulted in updated information documents with
  enough details to be able to start working on a
  draft proposal
