Passing
  • How to position your body
  • Always bend your knees
  • Stay light on your feet
  • Create a flat platform with your arms
  • Gradually move with the ball
  • Dont swing your arms!

  • How to position your body
  • Always bend your knees
  • Hands should form the shape of the ball
  • Use both legs and arms to set the ball
  • Hips should point to the setting target

  • Flick your wrist to keep the ball in the court
