• From Welsh Rd. to Horsham Rd. four 11 travel
  lanes (two each direction) and a 5 paved
  shoulder on each side. Second travel lane
  between Horsham Rd. and SR 309 can be eliminated
  if ongoing traffic forecasts do not indicate the
  need.
