• During growth development the body goes through
  many changes and transitions in shoulder width,
  height, and chest size increase.

Cognitive Changes

• Cognitive changes deal more in the formal
  operations of the human body. Cognitive changes
  become more effective with time and age with
  years of accumulating and organizing information
  can make older adults practiced, skillful and
  wise.

Moral Changes

• Social and emotional changes transition from
  early adolescence to late adulthood resulting
  from growing sexual awareness to retirement
  adjustments and the awareness of death. Physical
  Psychology changes effect every walk of life.

  The physical changes seem to emerge more slowly
  whereas the cognitive abilities improve.
