  construction of crucial section of ring road with
  a bridge and rapid tram line can be financed
  using 28 months net revenues

• Road traffic reduction on the cordon
• introduction of toll reduction by 30,
• construction of additional North bridge (outer
  zone) no further impact
• No of PT passengers crossing gates to the CBD
  area
• introduction of toll growth 5,5 ,
• additional North bridge small impact

• Speed increase (for vehicles)
• whole area tool 0,6 km/h, toll plus bridge
  0,8 km/h
• central area - tool 4,6 km/h, tool plus bridge
  5 km/h
• Vehicle time saving in the whole network 4,5
