RCC-function on climate monitoring (1/4)
1. The general concept
The primary users of RCCs will be the NMHSs!!
RCCs should not duplicate or replace NMHSs
responsibilities
The primary function of RCCs is to ensure, that
Members within the Region have an understanding
of, and full access to, climate forecasts,
products and information.
RCC products and services, regional in nature
should be those, the NMHSs are not able to
produce themselves!
