players. - Â
- Specific conference objectives

the development of the sector (scenarios)

into final document) - 3)   Spot and formulate vital questions to
industry's representatives ("input" part) - 3)     Form a preliminary opinion on how do the
audience perceives the future of the sector
("understanding expectations of the sector -
first approach) - 4)Â Â Â Â Â Form an understanding of the importance

7Dubai how (starting points)
- Basis Scenarios of the development of the postal
industry that will be developed and presented by
the SPG - Trying to be interactive Create an much open
space as possible for strategic discussions. The
conference should be rather considered as
an input (problem-raising) for the next events
and studies which will result in the drafting of
the Nairobi World Postal Strategy and  as a
barometer of the industry (understanding
expectations) - Need to mind about organizational and
cost-related constraints!
