  to establish shared trailhead

  owned and maintained by the City
• County and City develop marketing strategy
  shared use agreement for special events
• Include nearby businesses in discussions
  planning
• Establish realistic timeframe for fundraising
  construction
• Proposal to serve as a model for future
  discussions with Troy on Eastern Trailhead
