- Framework used to
- Provide a scaffold for the development of the
academic portfolio - Provide a guide for the supervisor in reviewing
teaching - Provide a common language and understanding on
what constitutes quality teaching - Framework is longitudinal and focused on
development - Staff use the framework to build a Portfolio over
their career at UWA - Portfolio used to inform multiple purposes. Eg
PDR, Promotion etc - PDR process highlights aspects drawn from the
portfolio and assists in identifying development
directions and needs - Further development workshops will be offered by
CATL
