My Role - 14-16 Consortium Coordinator

• Co-ordinate the initial development of the scheme
  across the consortium / partnership
• Gather and disseminate information to all parties
• Ensure students are inducted on the programmes
  and monitor student attendance.

• Liaise regularly with School teachers, school
  co-ordinators, senior staff, college lecturers,
  curriculum area managers, senior management, LSC,
  LSDA, LEA and local training provider
• Ensure policies procedures are set in place.
• Facilitate the sharing of good practice across
  the consortium
