  • Pheasants are amazing.
  • They are an animal that gets hunted.
  • Pheasants are all over the world.
  • They live in lots of places
  • They also eat lots of things

  • Pheasants are endless.
  • There are two different clubs one is Pheasants
    Forever the other is Dakota Pheasants Forever.
  • All the the members put together in both clubs is
    27,000.
  • The Pheasants Forever headquarters is in St Paul,
    Minnesota.

  • It was founded in 1982
  • In Minnesota they have 242,000 acres filled with
    pheasants.
  • DPF raised over 1 million for the North Dakota
    wildlife habitat.
  • And raised 30,000 last year.

FOOD
  • Pheasants eat Seeds,Roots,Fruits,Greens,Flowers,Bu
    gs,Small animals,grains,and Corn.
  • And Soybeans,Milo,Millet,Oats.
  • Buckwheat,Sumac,Nightshade,Rag wheat,Dogwood,Wild
    berry,Hardwood,Tame berries.
  • And Beans,Sunflowers,Clovers,Sorghums,and
    Dandelions.

  • The Ringed-Necked Pheasants is the state bird of
    South Dakota.
  • The original home for the Ringed-Necked Pheasants
    is in China.
