• National Emission Trading System Act issued on
  22nd December 2004

• National Allocation Plan for 2005-2007 issued
  on 27th December 2005, still waiting for EC
  approval

• 876 installations included in ETS
• 212 temporary excluded in the first period from
  the active participation
• total number of EUA 717 300 000
