  does not need much additionnal efforts for
  Europe to built an equivalent of SEC And even
  better !
• Because
• We are so diverse, with amazingly rich knowledge
  and experiences
• We already have several experienced national
  space weather centers
• We have several national space agencies, private
  space industries, and a strong European Space
  Agency
• The Pilot Projects and Swenet offer such a
  strong background that must not be lost
• We are used to collaborate, share codes, data,
  experience

It needs a little bit more coordination and a
little bit more money to propose European size
projects and get real heavy fundings !!! COST
724 is paving this way.
